Job Description
- Answer customer questions and needs through chat and email
- Monitor and maintain transactions according to the company's business processes
- Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
- Provide the best service for customers
Requirements
- Education at least high school level (SMA/SMK)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service
- Customer-oriented and able to adapt to various customer characteristics
- Multitask, responsive, initiative, responsible, and good time management
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team and clients
- Basic understanding of the company's products or services
- Willing to work night shifts (6 working days per week)
- Willing to work on public holidays
- Preferably residing in Tangerang
