Job Description

  • Answer customer questions and needs through chat and email
  • Monitor and maintain transactions according to the company's business processes
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
  • Provide the best service for customers


  • Education at least high school level (SMA/SMK)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service
  • Customer-oriented and able to adapt to various customer characteristics
  • Multitask, responsive, initiative, responsible, and good time management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the team and clients
  • Basic understanding of the company's products or services
  • Willing to work night shifts (6 working days per week)
  • Willing to work on public holidays
  • Preferably residing in Tangerang
